About Szymon Jeż

I’m a software developer passionate about all things around making software, in particular about programming, project management, business analysis and in general software engineering.

Currently I work on “Sellen” (Sell Engine) – a web application, mainly for sales force management, written in Ruby on Rails.

I work also, with some friends of mine, on an innovative collaboration platform aiming to make instant messaging more organized and productive (Coviob). It’s first application will be in the field of project management . It’s written mainly in Java.

In my free time I work also on an improved public transport timetable of MZK Koszalin which is a web app written in Rails.

I was born in 1985. I live in Koszalin, Poland.

I have studied Computer Science on the Department of Electronics and Computer Science of the Koszalin University of Technology. In 2008 I was granted the degree of inżynier (BSc Eng) and completed the first part of my studies majoring in Programming of Computers and Information Networks. In 2010 I finished my second part o university education earning an magister inżynier (MSc Eng) degree in the field of Computer Science majoring in Applications of Database Systems.
